TERMS OF BUSINESS

 

 

Please read these terms and conditions. By sending us your weapon or ordering from us, it is assumed that you accept
the terms and conditions.

1. Our business
    We operate from the UK and we do not accept work from outside the UK or where delivery is outside the UK.
    All financial transactions are in GBP only.

Payment
    You may pay by through Paypal. We are unable to accept any other form of payment.  

 

    As PayPal is a third party payment gateway, we cannot be held responsible for any issues that you may you have
    with them with regard to payment for our goods or services.


 3. Our Liability

    Air weapons are presumed to be standard when received by us and within the legal output limit.
    Should any weapon be received by us and found to be modified from the factory standard, then additional fees
    may be payable at our discretion in either returning the rifle to factory standard or in repairing the damage caused
    by the intervention of others.
    If you, or someone else has attempted to modify or customise your weapon, we will, at our discretion, attempt
    to repair the weapon although additional charges will apply.
    If there is a fault with our item or service, including defects in parts, and you notify us within 7 days, we will, subject
    to our own testing, exchange or repair the item or refund you in full. We shall then have discharged our liabilty to you.
    If the item has been mishandled by you or your agent, or in the case of a part, has been fitted incorrectly by you
    or your agent, then we cannot accept any liability in respect of that item.
    Should a part that we have replaced or repaired, malfunction within a 3 month period commencing the date
    we despatched the item, then we will replace the part at no cost to you. In this case, our labour will not be charged
 .  Postage costs are not included unless, upon examination of the weapon, it is apparent that our workmanship is
    at fault. Should the weapon have been tampered with by yourself or another party following our repair or service,
    then we have no liability to rectify the fault and reserve the right to charge for our services.
   
    This does not affect your statutory rights.

4.  Promotions

    
We reserve the right to photgraph your items and use them in promotional work to further our business. Similarly,
     we reserve the right to replicate any communications between yourself and ourselves on our website for promotional
     means. Should be choose to use any photographs or communications as stated, we shall not use any material
     that would in any way identify you, your property, or a physical location for you or your property.

5.  Limitations

     We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any
     of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control
     including Acts of God, fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial
     dispute, failure or delay on the part of a sub-contractor or supplier or acts of local or central
     Government or other competent authorities. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Note that if any of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid, the remaining terms and conditions shall continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions. When you place an order with us, you will be governed by our terms and conditions in advertised at that time.

Please note that we based in England and all references to terms and conditions are governed by English law.
Any dispute shall be subject to UK law and the courts of England and Wales.
